OUR STORY
Nasser Al-Naemi and Maryam Al-Bader developed a love for coffee at a young age and were fascinated by its global culture. United by this passion, they dreamed of creating a space in Qatar for fellow coffee enthusiasts. After traveling, researching, and learning from both great and not-so-great coffee experiences, they decided to bring specialty coffee to Qatar. Their shared mission to elevate coffee quality in the region led to the creation of Flat White.
The journey to perfect coffee
FOUNDERS
Flat White Speciality Coffee is the first, third-wave coffee shop in Qatar. It was founded by Nasser Al-Naemi and Maryam Al-Bader in 2016. After studying the local market and obtaining their Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification, they decided to bridge the gap between the Qatari and International coffee markets, with the vision of being one of the best in the world.

Drinking coffee is an international culture and a shared love for all humans. We believe in diversity and bringing different cultures in one place. Flat White team members are from all over the world, and our baristas are highly trained professionals, experienced, and qualified. It’s our mission and passion to prepare an excellent espresso-based drink and brew tasty coffee, using only the highest quality of equipment and ingredients to deliver a noticeably superior product.
