Back when Flat White started, it had a vision of introducing specialty coffee to Qatar, and throughout the years, the brand grew with and for the community. It expanded, and now, it’s beyond coffee in every possible way.

MISSION
To provide a space where… The coffee is made with passion, food is cooked to nourish, and the ambience is welcoming. And most important of all, a space where people serve with delight.
VISION
To be the first Qatari speciality coffee shop with a global presence, known for its superior quality coffee, wholesome food, and memorable experience.

Sustainability

Caring for the environment has always been a big part of what we do. We're on a mission to cut down on plastic and promote recycling. Most of the materials we use are recyclable, and over the past two years, we’ve launched campaigns to raise awareness—like offering discounts for customers who bring reusable cups. We've also teamed up with environmental groups in Qatar to host sustainability talks for our guests.

COFFEE
We prepare excellent espresso-based drinks and brew coffee in the best methods, using only the highest quality equipment and ingredients to deliver noticeably superior products. Our baristas are highly trained professionals and qualified to make you the best cup of coffee.
PEOPLE
Drinking coffee is an international culture and a shared love for all humans. We are all about people. They are the reason behind what we do. Our coffee is made and the hands of skilled people, and served to people who come to Flat White to pursue a better cup.
ART
We celebrate and encourage creativity in all its forms. Our coffee shops act as a space to showcase art done by local artists, and our brand guidelines incorporate customised illustrations commissioned to artists.
CULTURE
We believe in diversity and bringing different cultures in one place. This is evident in our people, coffee bean origins, food and ingredients, books on our shelves and the community collaborations we have done.
