Refund policy
Inspection and Damage Claims

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Flat White will not be liable for any damage claims made after 3 days.
Returns and Exchanges

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Returns made between 30 days and 2 months may be eligible for store credit.

All returns must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
-
Accompanied by the order confirmation/invoice.
-
Shipped at the customer’s expense and arranged by the customer.

Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds are issued only if payment has been received by Flat White.

After we receive and assess the returned product, eligible refunds/store credits will be processed within 48 hours.

100% refund applies only if:

The product is returned in original condition with tags, accessories, and outer packaging intact.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Note: Bank processing times may vary.

Flat White does not issue cash refunds.

Ineligible returns (e.g. used or damaged items) will not be refunded.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If an item is delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit, we will arrange collection and exchange.
Warranty Claims

For items under warranty in Qatar, we will collect and repair or replace the item.

For international purchases, warranty is back-to-base (customer ships the product to us).
