FW Academy Terms of Service

Enrollment in any class or workshop requires pre-payment in full.

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

 

Course fees include all training maretials.

Additional costs, such as certification and enrolment SCA fee will be added as an option in check out.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your enrollment for SCA course, please notify us before 7 days the course start date. If you need to cancel your enrollment for wrokshop, please notify us 48 hors before the wrokshop start time.

Cancellations made before the notice period will be eligible for refund / store credit.

Cancellations made after the notice period may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Customer shall request for cancellation and refund of Service orders advance payment via email up to 48 hours before the Services.

The amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to customer within 4-7 (four to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation and refund request.

The amount shall be refunded to customer through the same mode of payment used by customer for the purchase or via credit to customer store credit account, which can use for subsequent retail product purchases.

All refunds, except for refund to store credit account, shall be subject to our discretion, applicable policies and charges of the customer’s bank/ financial institution.

If a request for cancellation of orders received less than 24 hours to the Service Date, customer is not eligible for a refund.

 

If you need to reschedule your attendance for SCA class, please inform us at least 3 days prior to the course start date.

If you need to reschedule your attendance for workshop, please notify us 48 hours before the workshop start time.

You can reschedule for another session subject to availability.

 

Failure to attend a course without prior notification is considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

 

For courses offering SCA certification, adherence to SCA guidelines and standards is required.

Additional fees for SCA certification  are not included in the course fee and will be showing as an optional servise.  

 

Flat White Academy is not liable for any injury or damage occurring during the course.

We reserve the right to make changes to course content, fees, or schedules as necessary.
