It provides consistent grinds for brew methods from espresso to French Press and everything in between. Straightforward controls make your daily routine simple and easy. Load up your hopper with your favorite beans, turn the hopper to the grind setting you want, switch the Baratza Encore on and let the precision conical burrs deliver consistent, quality ground coffee every time. Beyond a great coffee-making experience, the Encore lets you explore new coffee flavors – With 40 individual grind settings, you can find the perfect grind size for all brewing methods. The hopper can hold 8 ounces of whole beans, and the clear grounds bin has a fill line to indicate how much to grind. We intentionally designed the Encore to fit nicely under most kitchen cabinets without sacrificing power or quality and to bring value to your daily grind.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND POLICY
You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.
After 30 days and up to two months, we will accept a return for a credit.
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.
Returned items are to be unused, no damage, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.
Once your return is received, we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher.
Refund shall made to customers only in the event the payment had received by Flat White for the Product.
Upon the verification and assessment of the Products done by Flat White and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of receiving the returned Product back at our Stores.
100% Refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Flat White are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact.
For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that Flat White shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.
Flat White do not make any cash refunds.
The amount will be refunded to customers within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode of payment chosen by customer (Net Banking) or Flat White provides customer with credit for the product's value, along with applicable fees.
This credit shall use for future retail purchases.
Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries may take a longer time to process the refund request.
However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, customer may contact Flat White.
For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange.
For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.
