You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

After 30 days and up to six months, we will accept a return for a credit.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returned items are to be unused, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.

Once your return is received we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher. Store credit will expire after 12 months from the date of issue.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange. 

For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.
