Barista Intermediate Skill
A two-day course introducing extraction theory, professional tasting and brew recipes. You will also improve you milk steaming with a latte art module. Building on the Foundation level, this course is designed to get participants to work as a Barista. We will show you how we can manipulate brew recipes with dose, output and water temperature and through the use of a refractometer, you will see how to optimise your coffee, as well as understand the basic requirements for customer service and maintenance.
