Course Summary

Perfect start to learn more about specialty coffee. This is a course that will introduce you to all the key concepts in Speciality coffee. Based on the SCA programmes of Green Coffee, Sensory, Roasting, Brewing and Barista, you will learn about: how coffee is produced, harvested and roasted, how to taste and assess coffees, how to brew coffee using filter methods or with espresso. This course is not provide a practice, only demonstration and cupping (coffee tasting).
